Ironforge has the ability on most occasions to fulfil ‘ASAP Security Requests’ with a 1 to 2 hour response time for the officer to arrive on site. This gives the client flexibility to not have regular security but can have the ability to call us for asap security (minimum of 4 hours per engagement), where Ironforge will seek one of our available casual officers. Please note this service is conditional in the case Ironforge have made prior commitments with another client not allowing us to provide the service and/or if none of our casual officers are available to provide the service.

Our team are trained and ready to ensure consistent smooth sailing for your operations. When receiving the ASAP request, we will gather all the information required for the officer to confidently know how they need to proceed on arrival to site. The reasons for requesting security asap can be used for any reason such as; broken doors, equipment left out, machinery left out, altercation has or is occurring, property has or is being broken into and more. The officer on arrival will evaluate the situation doing an investigation of what has occurred ensuring the safety of themselves and other persons around them first before ensuring any assets or part of the property have not been vandalised. They will start creating a report via our security system, taking and photos/videos that are applicable for evidence. If any offenders are seen by the officers, they know to immediately confront the person/s safely while on the phone to emergency services, escalating as needed.
