Ironforge Security are extremely experienced working with both event managers and public safety officials to ensure the upmost safety for your occasion. Our team understand the stresses of organising all the working parts to finally come together and endeavour to make the process of working with us as painless as possible by being flexible and consistent communicators.

Ironforge’s goal is to make sure with everything you have to worry about, security is not one of them. Our management team will work tirelessly with you to meet your needs and time frames. Ironforge Security officers hold all applicable certifications required to work at any event consisting of Security Licence (Crowd Control Function), First Aid (Renewed every 3 years), CPR (renewed ever year) and RSA. Officers also conduct regular training at staff meetings covering radio communication, de-escalation strategies/conflict resolution, hands on restraint training/applying soft empty hand techniques and updates on latest legislation. With our team understanding how many moving parts there can be making a successful event happen, we also offer the flexibility to request more than just security officers, such as; bar staff, ticket takers, cleaners, support staff, general labourers, first aid officers,  concierge professionals and more.

Ironforge will provide certain equipment as needed by the client along with our officers such as; crowd control registers, crowd control number tag, radios with chargers and earpieces, both electrical and physical incident report templates, ability to provide client access to Ironforge’s CMS to view any rosters/reports, security uniforms, security high-vis, counters and signage.

Our team have the ability to develop different Security Management Plans (SMP) for Break & Enter / Trespassing / Assault / Stealing or Stolen Property / Evacuation Plans / WHS Procedures and anything else to fully encompass what you, the client, need from your security team. All officers are trained to react and follow SMP’s as they apply to their current situation, ensuring the safety of themselves, the public around them and the client’s assets. Ironforge believe in fair treatment of people whether part of the public or working contractor, we endeavour to be consistent mediators and situation diffusers, eliminating any escalating situations in its tracks.
